Has anyone else on here tried out the new music service by MTV/VH1? It's very similar to Napster and iTunes, it's call Urge and it is embeded with Windows Media Player 11. You can sign up for a 14 day trial and download/listen to unlimited songs during the trial (you could buy songs after the trial for .99 a song).

Just wondering if anyone else on here as checked this out?

Dude Surge was so goooooood. Vault is nearly idential of Surge, but will never truely take over what Surge had.

Yeah, slighty better than iTunes. But they are all silly anyways. Still cheaper than buying CDs though.

Actually, yes. You were right, in Denmark it was known as Urge. In the US, it was known Surge! Sounds like you can still buy it in Norway.

Haha, I just keep using the trial over and over. It's awesome. If I were going to spend the $10 or $15 for any "all you can eat" music service, it would probably be Urge. But I don't really feel like spending the money when I have a way around it. :)

I guess they sell 12 packs of Surge on eBay every once in a while. Although, they go for about $170 for the original 12 pack.
