open photo thread

You make normally un-interesting shots interesting. I think it's the overall quality of the photos; good focus, slightly unique angles and nice color. I think your best work is done in black and white though, your photos have that professional look when in B&W.

3 and 5 are doing it for me. Nicceeee.

tmabba, like the shots. I like the first shot of the light in the snow. One bit of constructive criticism though. I've noticed most of you artwork & pictures are very centered. Try shooting your subject off-center for a more challenging composition. Other than that, I do really like those pics.

Very true, good catch. One of those things that you have to have a 'feel' for, the more you take photos the easier that gets...

THX. guys! I don't mind constructive critisim one bit. If you can't take opinions you'll never get better.

One thing, my broke A$$ needs to buckle down and get a real camera = probably a bit less work in PS.

2nd - Some pics I take aren't centered, but then I center in PS, couple of of these just didn't look as good leaving original - but will work on more angles/perceptions etc. It's what I love about this site. My camera was collecting dust before I came here:)

Hey - some more random pics. Again shitty camera but since coming here, I glance places and I'm like, hey, that could be an interesting shot. These are from soap bubbles in an oily pan at home.

Whoa, that second photo is funky. I really like the bubbles. I could use that in designs I'm sure, you should upload the full image to the Stock Photos.
