is ther anyway i can get a new screen for my ipod touch???

A new screen? You might want to check ebay for a screen but I doubt it would be easy to replace yourself even if you did get one. Not too familiar with it though. Worth a shot.

yaaa im sure apple will but i heard that they will do test on them just to prove u miss handled it or wat ever and wont pick up the warranty
